INSTALLATION

  • Service is part of our competence. We will be glad to send you an offer for transport and installation in your gym. Therefor we need information about the location of the fitness center, accesses, floor, lift, and the like.

  • Warranty ensures safety. We give guarantees on our Fitness equipment that you can rely on. Our warranty at a glance:

    Frame & Welds: 5 years
    Upholstery: 6 months
    Other components: 1 year

spare parts

SPARE PARTS

  • We store spare parts in our german main warehouse and can respond quickly. For the order we need the following information:

    1) photo of the sticker on the device (product- and serial number)
    2) photos of the required spare part, if possible from different views
