Training outdoors is also possible and recommended in cooler temperatures. Of course, the duration and intensity must be adapted to the weather conditions.
A short and crisp HIIT training at low temperatures, for example, really stimulates the circulation and additionally strengthens the immune system.

An outdoor gym cannot replace the classic fitness studio with all its possibilities and training variants. However, it can be a very useful addition, especially in times of pandemic.
